For tour safety, the registration data and delivery from the orders from this site will be analysed, with that, it’s essential that all data be completed correctly and that it is provided at least a contact number in case something unexpected happens in the delivery process.
We deliver nationwide (by mail) and international coverage of all FedEx. All products are available for sale on the website.
All delivery will be made by mail (Sedex, Pac or Sedex 10) or FedEx. And the deadline will be determined in the issuance of the request.

In case there is any delay, responsibility will be forwarded to the carrier responsible.
Important: after two (02) delivery attempts, if there is no one to recieve the order, it will be returned to our distribution center. For the order to be sent again, a charge with the same freight value will be charged for reshipment. Of this type of situation occurs with you request please get in contact via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org and enter the number of your order. The delivery fee paid for the first shipment is not refunded, as there was an attempt to deliver.
The value of the freight will be charged according to be table of the company of delivery of your choosing, considering the distance and weight of the product.
